The world is set, 1347

Rural pressure, Trade focus

The world is set in Prague, Kingdom of Bohemia, in the year 1347. Prague is a growing medieval city surrounded by forests, farmland, villages, monasteries, castles, and smaller settlements. The city is ruled by King Charles, while powerful nobles, merchants, guilds, soldiers, and religious institutions compete for influence. Narrow streets wind between crowded markets, workshops, taverns, churches, stone houses, and fortified buildings, with Prague Castle overlooking the city. Beyond the walls, travelers journey along dangerous roads filled with merchants, pilgrims, soldiers, knights, and bandits. The countryside contains isolated villages, noble estates, monasteries, dense forests, and forgotten ruins. Political tensions are rising as noble families compete for land and power, merchants seek control over trade, and ordinary people struggle with taxes, poverty, and crime. The player can be almost anyone: a peasant, merchant, craftsman, soldier, knight, noble, scholar, traveler, or outlaw. The world should feel historically grounded, with realistic 14th-century weapons, clothing, architecture, technology, transportation, social classes, and customs. There is no modern technology, magic, or futuristic elements. Characters have their own goals, relationships, loyalties, occupations, and conflicts. The player is free to explore Prague and Bohemia, build relationships, make money, join factions, become involved in politics or crime, fight in wars, travel the countryside, or simply live an ordinary medieval life.

World premise

A playable world seed with consequences.

You begin inside this order, but the opening pressure is rural: the villages, mills, markets, and toll roads around Prague where grain, salt, wool, and other goods move by cart and packhorse. Everything you need—coin, credit, protection, a place at a fire—depends on how your household, trade, and reputation are read by the people around you. The player can be almost anyone: a peasant, merchant, craftsman, soldier, knight, noble, scholar, traveler, or outlaw. There is no magic or modern technology, and the year 1347 remains a hard, grounded age of local custom and uncertain trade.

Rising hardship is tightening daily margins across the rural hinterland.

Local trade pressures are reshaping who can take risks and who cannot.

Authority, rumor, and household expectation are all moving faster than comfort allows.

Most openings depend on local trust, timing, and somebody else's favor.
