One line
Altworld is a free AI game in your browser: forge a world, become a person inside it, and live a persistent life where NPCs, factions, and consequences remember every choice.
Long
Unlike chat-based AI games where the story resets with every message, Altworld resolves every action against structured world state first: NPCs remember slights, factions wage wars, rumors travel, prices move, and debts follow you for fifty turns. Type anything in plain language — negotiate, lie, investigate, build, sabotage — and the world responds with consequences.
Start as a starving peasant before winter or a smuggler in a drowned city, or forge your own world from a single text pitch and publish it for the community. Runs save and branch, and multiplayer invite links let friends live in the same timeline. No download, desktop and mobile.

A debt from turn 3 still exists at turn 40. A smuggler you cross keeps hunting you. Nothing depends on the model remembering; it is stored.
Describe a setting in plain language and it becomes a playable scenario with locations, factions, laws and starting pressure. Publish it for other players.
Invite links put friends inside the same persistent world, where the same factions move for everyone.
