You are one such fugitive: discovered and marked by the Empire, you escaped before the Inquisitors could take you. Now you survive on the fringes, moving from world to world, hiding your abilities and trusting no one. The Rebellion is a distant rumor, the Empire is everywhere, and the Force is both your curse and your only edge.
