World premise
A playable world seed with consequences.
The rain is cold and relentless, a gray curtain that swallows the streetlights and turns the broken asphalt of Cass Farm into a slick, treacherous mirror. It's 1:30 AM, and you're walking, hands shoved deep in the pockets of a thin jacket that's already soaked through. The bruise on your ribs throbs with every step, a fresh, angry reminder of your father's fists and the door slamming behind you. You've got maybe twenty dollars in crumpled bills and a pocketful of loose change. No keys. No phone that works. No plan beyond finding a doorway or an overhang that keeps the worst of the rain off your back. The street is empty, save for a distant dog and the hiss of tires on wet pavement. This is survival, Detroit-style, and you're starting with nothing but your wits and a stubborn refusal to go back.
Find shelter for the night before the cold and the rain take their toll.
Scrape together enough cash or favors to get a real meal and maybe a change of clothes.
Learn the rhythms of Cass Farm: who's safe, who's dangerous, and where opportunity might hide.
Cross paths with a girl who seems to see something in you—and who might be more trouble than she's worth.
